By accessing or using NSAG Meeting Intelligence (the "Service") at meetings.nsag.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
NSAG Meeting Intelligence is a secure meeting transcription and AI analysis platform operated by Network Security Assessment Group ("NSAG," "we," "us," or "our"), a Managed Security Service Provider based in Vacaville, California.
The Service allows users to upload or record meeting audio, receive AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and action items, download branded PDF reports, and manage team access to meeting records.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@nsag.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
When you create an account, you establish an organization. Additional users may be added to your organization by invitation. As the organization administrator, you are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your organization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Recording consent notice: Before recording any meeting using this Service, you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all legally required consents from meeting participants. In California, all parties to a confidential communication must consent to recording (Cal. Penal Code § 632). Requirements vary by jurisdiction. NSAG is not responsible for your compliance with recording consent laws.
You retain full ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, and other content you upload or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights from you to NSAG.
By uploading content to the Service, you grant NSAG a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
NSAG does not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your recordings and transcripts are never used as training data for any AI system. This is a binding contractual commitment, not a policy subject to unilateral change.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have the right to upload it and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
NSAG commits to the following:
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plan details, features, and pricing are available at meet.nsag.ai. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
A free trial plan is available without a credit card. The trial plan includes 3 meetings per month and 1 user. We reserve the right to modify trial plan terms at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or NSAG. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law. You should export any content you wish to retain before termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NSAG does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality, accents, background noise, and other factors. AI-generated summaries and action items are provided for convenience and may contain errors — they should not be relied upon as the sole record of any meeting.
NSAG does not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Nothing in the Service or these Terms constitutes legal advice. Organizations with specific legal, HIPAA, CPRA, or other regulatory requirements should consult qualified legal counsel.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NSAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NSAG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NSAG IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NSAG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Solano County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@nsag.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If we make material changes to our data practices — including our commitment not to use your data for AI training — we will provide explicit advance notice and an opportunity to delete your data before any change takes effect.
